I live in Tampa FL and enjoy outdoor activities. I am familiar with San Diego but always interested in new places.

Very accommodating host as we had to arrive late past midnight. The place was as advertised and sheets and towels were clean. Not the best neighborhood but perfect for what we needed.
My stay at the apartment was great. When I arrived I utilized the lock box to enter which was a great touch my I add. My only concern was the neighborhood when I first arrived, but I can assure you that looks were deceiving and it was quite peaceful and very private.
Barrett and I communicated prior to our arrival. He had he bungalow ready for us around 2p. The bungalow was as pictured and not in the best neighborhood, but it was not an issue. Everything was clean and cozy.
We stayed for one night at Barretts place. It was an appartment in the backyard of his own house. It was clean and nice and had all the neccessities. Our bed was a Queensize bed, that unfortunately had a worn mattress, which meant that we didn't sleep well. But Barrett said that he would replace it for the next guest when I mentioned it to him. Otherwise the Pictures were giving a true description of the place. The neighborhood was a Little run Down though. But for the Price it was fine.
The communication with Barrett was good and easy. He was fast in his responses.
Barrett was very nice and accommodating, he was easy to work with. We had plenty of privacy and the place was clean and ready when we arrived. We will stay here again, thank you!
Barrett was a great host. I only met him once, but he was really nice and recommended that I go check out St. Pete's (and I did and it was great). The apartment was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
We had a weekend event at the University of South Florida. This accommodation was close to the U, convenient. I was apprehensive bout the neighborhood when I first arrived, but ended up having a safe and pleasant stay. We arrived around 11:00 pm, and Were able to use the numeric lock system to get in. The apartment itself was clean, with two double beds and a couch, kitchen, bathroom as shown in the listing. The bedroom areas and the bathrooms were clean. The refrigerator in the kitchen could use some cleaning, though. There were left overs probably from a previous stay. When I arrived, the AC was set to 60, which was a little too cold to be comfortable, I had to up it a notch. the beds were neartly made, and the table had a stack of fresh towels. My son loved the fresh scent of the towels. The bathroom had a nice shampoo bottle and a bottle of soap. But we found out the soap bottle was empty while showering the next morning We had to shower without soap. We requested new soap after we left for the day and Barrett arranged for a new soap bottle by the evening. However we did not end up using it as we were not very elated about the quality.
Over all, a decent stay! I probably would not repeat though. The kids were scared about the neighborhood and location.
Barrett was a great host. We didn't spend too much time in the room so we did not interact with him much, but whenever I sent him a message I got a prompt reply within a few minutes.
Barrett is an excellent host. Very welcoming and friendly. He always replies to queries as soon as he can and is very helpful.
The property is close to the I-275 so all of Tampa is accessible within 20 minutes. The place has a decent internet connection and a lot of privacy. Although the neighborhood isn't the best, it's on a good block and the property is secluded behind a gate.
Simple. Quiet. Easy.
Barret came across as a highly respectful, responsible, well educated young gentleman. The room was left in great shape as he gathered his own trash and even folded the sheets and towels. I barely noticed his movements in and out of his private space. I highly recommend him to any prospective host.
