I live in Tampa FL and enjoy outdoor activities. I am familiar with San Diego but always interested in new places.

This apartment is located on the border of Seminole Heights, which seems to be an up and coming hipster sort of area. The apartment itself is located close to a lot of things, and it was easy to get around. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the airport. The apartment was clean and well stocked with whatever you needed. There's a tv and an Apple TV hooked up to it, so you can watch netflix. The WiFi signal is a bit weak, but it worked okay. I'd recommend this place for 2, maybe 3 people. My friend took the pull out couch and I took the bedroom, and I think this kept us from wanting to kill each other, so that was a bonus.
Barret was super friendly down to earth guy!!
The place is a little old but clean and nice and have good space/living room area plus full privacy. I only talked to Barret very briefly but he was very nice and had everything prepared for us nicely. It was a nice experience.
This small apartment exactly fit my needs for a few day in town stay. I would stay here again with no hesitation. Barrett responded quickly to my request and provided a clean place to stay with coffee maker, dishes, linens and more. I was a little concerned about the neighborhood at first, but settled down as I took in the people in this upcoming area, especially those across Nebraska avenue at the Bourgeois Pig restaurant. The apartment was cute, but I believe could only sleep 2 without the need for another mattress or airbed. The proximity to 275 was great for travel and also a little noisy. Like other reviewers this apartment feels like a very good work in progress and I would recommend it.
Awesome visit! Exactly as described. Would stay again!
Mr Barrett is a so nice person. He clean the room carefully without any dirty stuff. I never regret my choice.
This Tampa Bungalow was just what we were looking for. We wanted affordable, clean, private, centrally located and Barrett's place hit all of the marks. Barrett was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. My husband and I stayed two nights and were pleased with our experience.
I liked this place a lot - had a bedroom with 2 small beds, and a separate living room/kitchen which was stocked with pots/pans/plates/cups/silverware etc... Felt like an apartment away from home. Price was reasonable. Towels were provided. Not located in a particularly interesting area, but only a short drive from downtown Tampa. There was a small parking space on the grass next to his carport.
Never met Barrett - but he supplied information for a lockbox with the room key, and gave us all the info we needed for the place (Ex: WiFi password). Had no problem staying without ever meeting him.
Would definitely stay here again!
Everything was wonderful! Barrett had the whole place clean and ready for us. The space was just as depicted in the pictures. Barrett was not around during our stay, but he was in contact through email.
Todo fue estupendo, el apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Barret fue muy atento y nos ayudo en todo lo que le pedimos.
Parada de bus muy cerca de la casa.
Barret came across as a highly respectful, responsible, well educated young gentleman. The room was left in great shape as he gathered his own trash and even folded the sheets and towels. I barely noticed his movements in and out of his private space. I highly recommend him to any prospective host.
