The apartment is located just near one of the hotels I manage, so the front desk look after all of the check-in and check-out procedures, as well as organising tours and WiFi access should you require any of these services. They're very friendly and happy to help. To make it easy for you, there's a telephone in the apartment with the reception desk on speed dial, so it's really just like staying in a hotel.
