Living in Puerto Vallarta 2 years. Originally from Sacramento California. I have an architectural and construction business here, and also a bakery which makes the best cinnamon buns in the world!
We Had a great stay in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.Ken took the time to drive us around and show us the city since it was our first time there.
My stay was enjoyable, Ken was a good host ,
Ken is friendly, laidback and easy to communicate with. He was with us briefly but we found him to be a clean and considerate guest.
Ken, In spite of his insomnia, Seemed to have a good experience at my home. New England is definitely a different environment than Mexico!! Right, Ken? It was nice to see his enthusiasm for his daughter's wedding, And he didn't seem too disappointed that this is a gluten-free sugar-free home.... With no Splenda! I'll work on getting a better luggage rack and computer space so that you don't have to use public space to do your computer work. Best of luck to you and everything!
Ken was a mixed bag: on one hand he helped me fix a leaky toilet. However, three separate guests complained about him for making too much noise very late at night, watching tv at 4am and for talking loudly on his (website hidden) phone even after they tried to get him to quiet down. Peace and QUIET are of utmost importance here. This requirement is stated repeatedly in the House Rules. His room was connected to the room next door and was rented out for only $33 a nite, but I will not be having him return here. I also asked him repeatedly to use his own bathroom 6 feet away from his room but he would ignore my requests and walk to the other side of the house to use the other guests' bathroom all through the day and into the night.
