Our host was very welcoming and even if we only stayed one night, this didn't seem to bother her. The house is very clean, the rooms are large and nicely decorated and the bathroom modern and very pleasant.
We could even have used the kitchen if we had intended to, for our host doesn't seem to live there and her mother suggested to do so.
It was a nice stop in our trip!
There is a large swimming pool near the house where you can go on foot... the children enjoyed it !
Although we never met our host, her father, who lives next door, welcomed us, gave us a tour of the place, and provided us with helpful information for our visit. We were able to effectively communicate with our hosts via email whenever necessary, and enjoyed having the place to ourselves. The surrounding area and views are amazing and appreciated. The house appears to have recently been tastefully renovated, with quality woodwork throughout. Wifi is spotty and inconsistent throughout the house and there is no a/c or fans. Although, most nights it is probably not needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and built for entertaining. You should know that it is necessary to use specific pots/pans to operate the stove, or the stove will not turn on. We enjoyed our stay in this cute house and would recommend it to those traveling in the area.
We arrived while the host was working however her mother made us feel very welcomed and showed us everything about the home. This is a new home and looked just like the pictures. The bedroom was large and the beds were comfortable. Loved staying in a small village.
Arantza was there to greet me on arrival, even though it was the start of Fiesta week!
Her house is situated in the heart of the village, it is immaculate throughout. Arantza has made sure that her guests have everything they could possibly need,
Fabulous private room and brilliant bathroom.
Even a sun terrace for taking breakfast.
Must improve my Spanish before the next visit.
Thanks so much Arantza.
First class accommodation. Three bedroom apartment, shared bathroom, tv room/lounge on ground floor. We were the only ones here, so no problem. Hostess met us on arrival, showed us around the apartment, then left us to it. Fully equipped kitchen, plus basic supplies. Very small village, very relaxing. (Steep hills though! Good exercise.) Great view from the balcony where we had breakfast. This would be a great place for a family or group stay.
The Casa in Arroniz is very nice. Arroniz is a small village with a beautiful swimming pool and great architecture. The "four" restaurants in town weren't serving much food as the San Fermin festival was on (and it seemingly draws even the locals away for the week). We only saw Arantza at check-in and en route to Pamplona the next morning. She was very friendly and helpful and, again, the place was roomy and well built and appointed.
