It is hard to respond to this cheap shot. It is my first Air Bnb experience with such nonsense. My purported contentiousness was a result of asking for new towels since we were provided two old, very thin, essentially useless ones for four days. There was no coffee maker and one was provided. Thin pillows reaking of air freshener were replaced at my request. On our last day, the shower curtain came out of the wall after normal use, exposing some shoddy work in installing it. The owners (or likely agents of owners) threatened a damage claim, and I responded to this. There is a list of slightly insulting "damage offsets" one sees upon arrival which according to the owners resulted from prior bad experience with college students. When we arrived, the hosts met us at a nearby cafe but did not accompany us to the apartment, claiming they had a train to catch. We stumbled around in the dark to find the place, as a result. The owner /agents are not German and are not the same as the blurred picture. All in all, this is a decent apartment.
