Hi there!

I'm a Naturopathic Doctor who's been back living in Halifax Nova Scotia for the past 2 years after finishing up school in Toronto. I grew up across the harbour in Dartmouth, which is where I've set up my practice.

I LOVE Halifax. Honestly it has it all: the seasons, the ocean, surf, kind people, big city feel, history, great food, great nightlife, and you don't have to go far for nature. So happy to call this town my home.

I travel as much as I can, which is why putting my place up on Airbnb works so well. Now that I'm a young professional, a lot of my travel is for work, conferences and training. I've gone from couch surfing to hostels, to hotels... Airbnb is a great in between! I've lived in South Korea, traveled across Canada and the States, been to North Korea, Japan, China, India, Central America and Europe.

A healthy lifestyle is important to me: eating healthy, meditating, and being active with yoga, surfing and running. I love music, and Halifax has so many great local artists. I play a lot of instruments like the piano and banjo. I changed gears this year after joining a concert band and picked my flute back up after a 10 year hiatus! Moving back home has brought me closer to my family and old friends, and the close community feel of Halifax makes it easy to branch out and meet new people.

I've lived in my current bachelor pad with my cat Carma for just under 6 months.
