Vincent is a lucky guy! His apartment in Paris is an idealized version of the perfect Parisian bohemian lifestyle. I wish I could have stayed for years and years - there was so much creative energy in the air. I stayed alone, but the studio is plenty spacious for two people. It has all of the amenities that you could ask for and faces away from the street so it is nice and quiet a night. The neighborhood is quite nice and gives you a better sense of how real Parisians live. Don't hesitate if you like the look of this place - it also has a lift so getting in and out is a breeze! Vincent is also a really low key, friendly guy. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer just to get to know him.
Great apartment and good location to explore! Vincent is an excellent host, very flexible and happy to assist with anything
We had a wonderful stay in Vincent's lovely flat under the roof which is located in a quiet street. The pictures show exactly what you get and everything is as described. The charming studio ist cozy, calm and well-appointed. The windows look on to the courtyard. Furthermore the flat ist very private and secure.
Vincent himself is very friendly and helpful. The communication was uncomplicated, the check-in and check-out very flexible. We also met Vincent's father, who was also very nice and helpful.
The apartment is located nearby the metro station "La Fourche" (3-4 minutes to walk). And in the neighbourhood you can find all you need, e.g. a supermarket or a bakery. We recommend the two bakerys nearby, in the "rue Davy". There is also a post office nearby.
We highly recommend this flat. Thank you for all, Vincent!
That was a great apartment with a great location. Only 3-4 minutes from 'La Fourche' metro station and you are 2 stops away from Montmare! Also Vincent is a great owner which you can ask anything to him!
The only negative is wifi connection which is too slow (0.4 mbit/sec) and have some problems with surfing. I had to send some emails for work but it takes too much time. Whatever, i'm sure you will have a great holiday if you will stay in this house.
encore merci !
We really loved our stay in this charming studio. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Valerie, Vincent's mum, is really nice and helpful. We got there at around 10pm and she had bought us some food so that we could eat something and we could have something for breakfast, too.
Check-out is very flexible as well. We had a late flight in the evening and it was fine to leave our luggage there in the morning and pick it up later in the afternoon.
It is located in a quiet street and right next to a lively avenue where you can find lots of restaurants, boulangeries, patiseries, markets, etc. Subway is really close (like a 5 minute walk) and in a couple of stops you can get to the main tourist spots.
All in all, a really good stay. I would recommend it to everyone.
Vincent's mom was super-helpful throughout the entire stay. The apartment is located in a very nice area, not loud at all, very close to the metro. A+!
Very charming studio, everything as described, and very helpful as well as friendly landlords. I had a wonderful week in Paris.
