I guess some would call me a 'Seeker', though I prefer to call myself a 'Finder' :-)
I moved to LA from Santa Cruz (where I lived for the last years at amazing place called Dharma Ridge. My move was prompted partially by my studies with The Modern Mystery School ((website hidden), with whom I'm an initiate and am currently in a year-long, immersive and experiential Kabbalah course with Master Teacher Theresa Ibis Bullard.
I'm also a teacher of dreams and The Dreaming, taking a progressive and evolutionary approach, merging psychology, universal spirituality and a layman's understanding of quantum physics. My website is (website hidden)
Other than these two focuses which have many facets each, I'm also a fire dancer (long-staff).
I love to cook, eat primarily organic, and consider myself a healthy omnivore. Something of a night owl...I'm rarely in bed before midnight, and often up 'till 2 or 3, though I'm trying to get up earlier and get to bed earlier.
Fairly easy going, with a quick wit (grew up in Chicago), with a sense of humor to match.
Once I'm in a sublet for Sept., I'll be searching out a 2bd apt. in Santa Monica, Venice, Culver, Mar Vista and such to sign a year-long lease.
I'm fine with cats and dogs, if you have them in your place. I clean and organize regularly, without being obsessive about it.
What do I 'need' in a sublet? Solid internet connection, good cell signal (Verizon), a decent bed (I have my own bedding), the freedom to come and go at any hrs w/o disturbing you), my own bathroom would be great but I can share too ;-) . 1 parking space or to know that there's reliable street parking nearby, and enough space in my room to do my spiritual rituals in the privacy of my room. I like to burn incense briefly (not necessary) and light a candle. The rest is all in the words I spoken. Simple enough.
What else? Check out my(website hidden)profile: (website hidden)
I'm guessing if you've read all this, you'll get in touch, so please feel free...especially if you have a room, studio or apt. for sublet!
'till then, evolutionary dreaming to you :-)
