I am a designer living and working in NYC. Originally from Austin, Texas.
J and I spent the weekend in the city visiting museums for my birthday. We stayed at Christine's place in the lower east village. Christine was an awesome host with a sunny personality. The place was bright and clean and we were made to feel very much at home. Christine has a little dog, "Miya' who also welcomed us with lots of wags, and sweet kisses. I knew Miya was in the appartment, but never heard her make any noise, not once! She is an amazing little dog. You will have no choice but to love miya.
Thank you Christine for a great experience,
Christine and Maya (the dog) were excellent hosts. Very warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Christine responded quickly, was very helpful, communication was a breeze. The apartment was great, a pretty good size for New York City, nicely decorated, nice furniture. Excellent location, literally steps from the 2nd Ave. F train station, tons of restaurants in walking distance. I would stay here again, and highly recommend it.
Christine was very accommodating and flexible. She provided us with inside information about restaurants and bars to check out.
The front door is literally 15 feet from a subway stop, and there's lots of interesting sights within walking distance.
Christine and her partner stayed with us for one night and they were great guests! Pleasant, clean, considerate and very personable. We would be happy to have them stay with us again.
Christine & Dave were good guests. Friendly, clean and independent.
Christine is a wonderful guest, clean, friendly, responsible, and respectful.
It was so easy communicating with her and hosting her. She is a gem,
I miss her!
Christine and her friend were wonderful guests. Lovely people who were quiet and respectful. We would love to see them return.
Christine is fantastic, she is a keeper, you want to keep her for life..., besides being a plus in the home, she is up beat and a lot of fun...
To be continued,
she is so friendly!!
Christine is GREAT! Fun and easy going, lovely guest. :)
Christine is a New Yorker in the best of ways. By that I mean, she knows the city (and more importantly how to have a good time in it) but she hasn't let it wear down any of her Texas charm. Even more exciting than Christine, is her place. You're steps from an exclusive hotel rooftop bar (Above Allen), the self proclaimed drag queen capital of the world (Lucky Chengs), cheap (but good) Thai Food (Thai Thai) and a world renowned slam poetry venue (Nuyorican Poetry Cafe).
