Never met the host. The listing was incomplete, address correct but no detail of actual apartment our contact name.
BnB très sympathique, propre et conforme a mes attentes au vu du prix. L'immeuble ne paye pas de mine mais l'appartement est très correct
Not fancy but very clean. Very convenient to train station. Considerate and friendly host.
Location is perfect, right across Roma Termini. Communication with Stefano is fast and clear, though we didn't meet him, we only met his concierge. His concierge on the other hand, needs to be more knowledgable. Elevator and bed need serious upgrade too. Elevator doesn't work much that most of the time, we have to take the stairs, note that it is at the 8th floor. For a short stay, I will recommend this bnb, especially the location, it's simply unbeatable.
I am sorry for the elevator, it didn't work wellonly because some not polite guests, from other bb in the building, didn't close the elevator's doors.
The bed has been fixed.
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Perfect for our one night in Rome. Very close to Termini station, clean room, friendly reception, simple breakfast supplies in the room. Thank you!
The room was very clean and looks like it has been renovated recently. The apartment had everything we needed. The entrance the the building and elevator need to be updated and didn't look very nice. The apartment is located on the 8th floor. The concierge met us on our arrival and helped us get settled in. The elevator is small and only fits three people, so we had to make two trips with all our luggage, minor inconvenience.
I had a bit of trouble finding the apartment. The following may help you:
There is a "Coin" department store on Via Giovanni Giolitti which is attached to Termini train station. The Coin store is located on the opposite side of the street as the apartment.
So if you exit the train station on the south west side onto Via Giovanni Giolitti you just cross the street and walk down the street a short walk.
The apartment building has a large green door. Just look for the address 137.
As others have said the area around Termini station does not look very nice. I would recommend arriving during the day if possible.
We arrived at about seven o'clock at night with our 6 month old baby just as it was getting dark. There where several groups of teenagers drinking outside and hanging around the outside of the apartment door. We also witnessed people fighting just down the street. Not a safe area to be walking around at night with the family looking for an address.
Having said that, during the day the groups of kids drinking and fighting had all gone. It was a lot better.
Great en-suite location for easy access to Termini. Comfortable bed, ample hot water and good air conditioning, fridge, and complimentary snacks and water. We had SKY Room, the other room is NOT en-suite. Across the street is the Roma Termini and the non-stop 4 Euro bus to the airport. Super convenient and very reasonably priced room. I highly recommend this room for staying near Termini! Thank you Stefano!
Thanks to all, I hope in the next time you will stay in my bb, it will be nice and a pleasure.
The room was very nice and clean and had an en suite bathroom. Stefano was very responsive prior to the stay and we had no problem finding the location and contacting the concierge. The B&B is right next to the train station which is perfect for people who need to get to an early flight without the hassle of trekking the city back to the train station. The shower was very nice, though the water seemed to fluctuate between hot and cold (maybe I was using it wrong). I would highly recommend this B&B, we really enjoyed our stay!
