It is true I make it a rule to have my house manager deal directly with any guest problems in order to have the problems fixed as quickly as possible.
As soon as I received the message that there was a problem with the air-conditioning unit I informed the house manager and he had a technician at the house within the hour.
Unfortunately the second air conditioner decided to also have problems on Vinny's second day in the house. And again we had a technician there quickly and it was repaired that same day.
Problems can and do arise from time to time but we are always responsive and attempt to fix the issue as quickly as possible.
