I grew up on the beaches of Lake Michigan in a small town, relished my move to New York City as a young adult managing an environmental store in Soho and taking ballroom dance classes, and returned to Michigan to open a socially-conscious girly boutique in the bigger lakeside town, Traverse City. Now on to new adventures in Chicago, I love to travel, absorb myself in movies, search for unique and hard-to-find things, hang with those I love most, eat good food, drink good wine and beers and create beauty with flowers and foliage. After recently finishing floral classes in NYC at Flowerschool NY (and staying with a lovely airbnb host), I am now residing in Chicago and working in the lovely Andersonville neighborhood in floral design. I take as good care of places I love as I do of the people I love. Responsible, organized, quiet, honest. That's me.
