Ayaan has a very comfortable and relatively spacious apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv. A 2 minute walk to Carmel Market where we were able to buy high quality and inexpensive fruit, veg, cheeses etc. And lots of cafes and interesting restaurants in the area too. Eventhough we arrived late at night she met us in the apartment and explained everything.
Would stay again on our next visit to TLV.
The apartment is well located, with easy access to shopping areas and restaurants, a pedestrian mall and the Carmel market.. The Wifi connection worked flawlessly. Ayana is very communicative, was easily reachable either via email or cell/text. Would love to meet again!
Ayana's apt is a great sublet. It is spacious, quiet and has an excellent location. It is close to the best restaurants in Tel Aviv, the market, the beach and the beautiful Rotschild avenue. The apt itself has a bedroom, a very nice living room and another room that can serve either as a working space or an extra bedroom. In addition, Ayana herself was a very gracious, responsible and generous host. Book it while you can!
My friend and I stayed in Ayana's apartment for the weekend, it was great. The location is perfect, just around the corner you find many restaurants and bars and one of the main streets that crosses Tel Aviv with plenty on bus routes going to every part of the city. The apartment is clean and Ayana left milk and eggs for us in the fridge, she also left extra towels and bedding for us, she is a very good hostess and gave us directions to her favorite restaurants and bars. The only problem in the apartment is that there is only one bed and it is a 2 bedroom apartment, but I think Ayana is getting a bed for the spare bedroom, just check with her before you book.
The apartment has a balcony but don't count on it because the view is not very nice, it overlooks an abandoned building site.
Thank you oskar, I'm really glad you enjoyed the visit:) There will be an extra bed in the second room soon.
