I have backyard ducks that lay fabulous eggs.
Josh was communicative and responsive. The location was perfect, a beautiful and convenient to downtown neighborhood as well as grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. A cab fare from the Convention Center in downtown was only $13 and it's easy to take the bus as well. It suited our needs well.
Response from Josh:
Thanks Tara and Josh,
If you stay in Seattle again, you are welcome here.
Lovely apartment with all mod cons in a very nice neighbourhood. Close to shops/bars/eateries. Host was polite and answered queries very quickly. Highly recommended.
The location is great and there are plenty of parking. I did not get a chance to met Josh but we contacted by text and the communication went smoothly. It is very spacious. And there are 2 beds and a futon for the five of us. Be careful if you are over 6' because the ceiling is kinda low.
Our stay at Josh's place was great. Spacious for the money, clean & modern ala IKEA, fun neighborhood. The garage entrance is a bit funky, but truly no biggie. We've already recommended it to friends.
Good location, Josh was very easy to contact but not there during our stay. There were ants in the bathroom but the hour was clean and comfortable. Not a place to sleep late as you can hear the foot steps above but my family and I had a great time here.
Response from Josh:
I didn't hear about ants until now. I will take care of that.
Josh is an awesome host that went through great lengths to make sure my family was happy and enjoyed their stay. The place is clean and modern with plenty of great eats in walking distance. I only hope the next host we stay with is as caring as josh has been.
very nice place to live in
im very enjoy these few days
The apartment in Queen Anne is very nice! It is bright and spacious and has a equipped kitchen for breakfast and even dinners. There is a Safeway in walking distance and a bunch of cafes. Josh was a good host, the first morning we got duck eggs and bagels for breakfast. We walked every day to the centre and it is a nice and recommendable walk.
Response from Josh:
Sounds like that was a good Seattle stay. You are welcome to come back if you are in Seattle again.
Spacious and well-furnished, with a dining table that will seat six, which is very unusual for a short-term rental apartment. Street parking was plentiful. Josh responded quickly to some questions about the operation of the space heating. Unfortunately, I had not noticed the comments in earlier reviews about the ceiling height in some sections of the apartment. Because I am almost 6'6", it was quite uncomfortable for me.
I felt instantly at home. This is a great place to spread out and relax. The kitchen was great with the gas stove and immediate necessities provided. Josh was very helpful when I had questions. I would definitely stay there again. Great place to call home whthers your stay is for a few days or a few months.
Communication with Josh was a breeze, and he and his family were exemplary guests. Wholeheartedly recommend him.
Josh arranged for several members of his family to stay with us during a college visit for his stepson. Though I did not have an opportunity to meet Josh personally during this trip, his family was friendly and easy to host.
Mr. Keeler and his family like how close we are located to Quest University. When I took them to their accommodation they were surprised at how big the suite was. They were quite as mice upstairs.
The family were a nice solid loving family.I noticed the dedication to the their son is admirable.I enjoyed cooking breakfast for them the next morning pleasant table manners and we had a great (email hidden)ey came and went from the suite quietly.
They left the place clean with no mess.I would certainly recommend them as good quality guest.
P.S.Thank you Josh for visiting it was my pleasure hosting you in my house.Come back soon.
