Eva was a great guest. Very open and considerate and I joy to have around. I was more than sorry to see her leave. Eva was quite studious during her stay as it was term time but I would have liked to have spent more time with her. She is intelligent and funny - all round good company. I would recommend her as a guest.

I was taken aback by your recent review.
I was very disappointed by the fact that you failed to convey your disappointment to me in person as most of the issues raised on your review could have been easily and swiftly solved.
You also highlighted several legal issues to do with building and planning regulations that DO NOT APPLY TO MY PROPERTY. The health and safety of my guests is paramount.
You were right with regards to having a few extra guests than those allowed by current health & safety regulations. Unfortunately I was only made aware of this recently. I can only apologize for this but I can assure you that I am now managing my bookings very carefully to ensure that no more than six people including myself stay in the property at any one time.
Unfortunately your comments have had devastating consequences on my business.
Fortunately I have had plenty of very positive reviews and I am very confident that good reviews will keep on coming and all future guests will be able to see right from wrong and book with confidence.
I have learnt that you cannot make everyone happy no matter how much you try. I have, after reviewing your comments, reviewed all aspects of my business and made a few changes as a consequence. I did this to make sure even guests with really high standards or even the fussiest of guests will be 100% satisfied with the amenities provided. I have upgraded all my bed linen and towels to match that provided at top end hotels, I am changing my broadband provider, I am redesigning the property to increase the size of the rooms and to include a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area, I am also providing good quality British toiletries amongst other changes. I will offer a full refund to anyone who is not completely happy with the property and lets me know within the first 24 hours after moving in. I am also happy to discuss any changes that my guests may feel would make their stay more pleasant.
I am someone who genuinely cares about those who stay in my place and will go out of my way to help in ay way I can to ensure they have a comfortable, safe and pleasant stay. I like transparent and honest people willing to communicate and discuss issues in an open and diplomatic manner. Ideally all my guests would fall into this category but unfortunately some of the profiles can also be very misleading and selecting your guests one by one is very time-consuming.
I am sure there is a lesson to be learnt for all of us. Unfortunately your experience cannot be improved and the stress your hurtful comments have caused on my professional and family life was massive.

We have relocated overseas now, and she stayed with me (Andressa) after my husband Alex had already fled the country.
She's very sweet, tidy and neat, and very quiet.
Eva was always friendly and clean, and a pleasure to have around.
