We are sorry you didn't like our condo. Let me quote you and your wife's words to us "its not your fault, but we just have very high standards" when we asked what specifically does not please you in our condo that you would like to refund your 2 day reservation… we personally clean up the place each and every time… The "foul smell" being referred to is the scent of the air freshener we use every time… We have not heard of complaints on that scent before. Secondly, normal check in time is really 1pm so arriving beforehand will naturally find that its not ready. The check in time is clearly stated in Airbnb. You said we misrepresented the pictures, we asked which parts because many guests have already stated it is as is posted. We feel that these two guests just wanted out and made excuses to get out of their reservation.
We love our condo a lot and keep it spic and span. We are sorry that its not within your standards.
We have stayed in several Airbnb condos in Sydney, New Jersey and Turkey and in Manila. We would even say that our condo is so much cleaner but I guess to each his own. Again, we are sorry you didn't like it.
