The host did an awesome job of taking care of me, providing regular check ins, recommendations, and advice during my stay in the area. The apt is in an awesome location, right off of state street, close to everything Santa Barbara has to offer. Highlight was the bedroom, corner unit and gets such beautiful light in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!
Our host was splendid and very communicative the entire time, the property was gorgeous and well maintained. Very clean property, comfortable bed and outstanding neighborhood which is very conveniently located.
Elisa is great! She was very prompt in her responses to my questions. The place is great.
Great location, loved waking up to the chirping of a large variety of birds, we had a great stay. Details: bed was a bit soft for our taste, fast wifi, apartment clearly lived in (full fridge, bath/shower filled with bottles, etc) but reasonably clean. Would enjoy staying here again.
Elisa was very professional and the apartment was exactly how it was on the photos. The location is great and so was the neighborhood. All good.
Elisa was an incredible host to my friend and I who stayed at her listing for a week. The home is clean, inviting and we had no problems during or stay. The neighborhood is super close to a ton of markets and restaurants, but is also far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city life. There are three amazing parks within walking distance which are perfect for catching the sunset over the city.
Communicating with Elisa was such a breeze. She always got back to me within minutes. I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to San Francisco.

Elisa was a very accommodating host, meeting me when I arrived to make sure that I knew where everything was and how everything worked. That brought peace of mind. Her apartment is in a great neighborhood of Santa Barbara, within walking distance of restaurants, stores, movie theaters, parks and the old Mission. The lovely Alice Keck Gardens is just a half block away, which is a tranquil spot for a picnic. I'd love to stay there again.
Elisa's apartment is in a great location, close to the shops and restaurants on State Street but far enough away that you don't get the crowds and noise. It's in a very private spot with a pretty park across the street. The space is tidy, but only has two chairs, not a couch. The bed is small but comfortable, and is surrounded by windows. This means it's in a pretty spot, but also isn't good for people who want to sleep in, because the sun shines in and the birds/leaf blowers/church bells are loud. It also seems like there's a dog that lives here, which wasn't mentioned in the listing. A lot of dog fur on the rug that got on our clothes. It was mostly clean, but also lived in. We didn't get to meet Elisa because she was away, but coordinating with her was seamless. Overall, a great stay!
Elisa was fabulous at communicating and assisting me in planning parts of my trip to Santa Barbara. Her apt was perfect walking distance to parks, restaurants and main sites. Thoroughly enjoyed the quiet, convenient neighborhood.
Elisa requested a deal on the price of our home, booked for the majority of a month, and then requested a reservation alteration to be for just four nights.
The reason for this was that the ad did not make it clear that the kitchen that was shared by other tenants was open to the house, and there was no privacy or security within the house.
Great guests! Very nice.
