Thank you for your response. Sorry if my review was too harsh, but compared to all my other (many) AIRBNB experiences this one was by far the worst and i think other customers need to know what to expect.
For less than the price i paid to you I got a fantastic place in paris, the host welcomed us with wine & chocolates. Now i don't expect that from all hosts, but I know hosts who want their guest to have a good experience do their part.
What I DO EXPECT at least is to have wifi if you promise to have wifi, i expect that the person who will deliver the keys will know when I am coming ( i sent you 2 emails days before letting you know, one through airbnb and the other one to the tango email). I expect accurate location addresses, so i don't knock on the wrong door. I do think this are STANDARD & REASONABLE expectations. Budget accommodation should not equal SUBstandard service.
I tell you all this because your place has great potential and you can have happy satisfied customers if you listen to our complains. I saw other reviewers who had similar negative experiences.
