I love animals of all kinds. That being said, note there is a smallish older loving pup, 2 kitties that live outside when the weather permits, & a lizard named Rex. They wont be in your face all the time but know they live in the house! Ok, back to the story- Love to travel and hear good stories. Into fashion, technology, maps, and data (website hidden) is on the top of the list and well, just about anything that uses all 5 senses! I have used airbnb as a traveler and at this point dont ever think I will rent a hotel again. I am hosting this fall and look forward to using the other side of airbnb. I will tell you the local hangout spots, Im not so much into the super tourist areas. There is so much more to San Francisco than Fisherman's wharf. Always wear a hoodie because the micro-climates of the city can be chilly. Dolores park, Hayes Valley, Botanical Gardens to The Ferry Building would be a good place to start. Then go check out the AUDIUM- only theatre of its kind in the world, pioneering the exploration of space in music. Def check out Gray Area Foundation for the Arts. Home of everything data, hackathons and cool events! Eat at DOSA, NOPA, House of Nanking and Little Star Pizza. Then head up to the Napa Valley, Calistoga and Sonoma. Or maybe the redwood forests, Mill Valley, or Bolinas if you wanna see the North Bay. Cant forget Santa Cruz & Half Moon Bay too! Just ask me, will be glad to help you find the right spot for you to see our lovely city.
p.s. dont call it Frisco ;)
