Rosebank Bed and Breakfast offers you a warm and friendly welcome. It is situated in the lovely little village of Beauly in the heart of the highlands. It is a 15 minute train journey to Inverness the Capital of the Highlands.
As I was not informed of a time of arrival on the Sunday (I can't be expected to stay in all day) These people arrived around (website hidden) it is a (BED) and breakfast most people don't arrive until between 5pm and 10pm and ALWAYS send me a message to say when they are arriving. I was in town doing my shopping when these people arrived. My daughter very kindly went to the house to explain and was met with a very frosty attitude. When I arrived I waved to them at their car window to let them see my presence and opened the door to let them in but that was not acknowledged. They took a little while to come in so I fetched the keys for their rooms when Peter came in with his bags.He was a very nasty man and was not very nice to me,I was actually on the verge of telling him to go somewhere else, but my kind nature took over. Once they were settled in their rooms I did not want to stay in his company. As well as running a very busy bed and breakfast I also have a family.
The rest of the group were ok.
Peter upset me for the rest of my day so I certainly wouldn't recommend him.
It was not a nice experience for me.
