cool little studio right next to the lifts, about a 2 minute walk. close to the all the fun of downtown breckenridge.beds were comfy and fireplace kept the place warm. would definitely recommend.
Location, Location, Location! This place has it!
We walked the 3-4 minutes to the base of the mountain where we rented & stored skis & arranged lessons. Not lugging gear & clunking in ski boots was a bonus.
We walked the 5-6 minutes into town each day. Never used our rental car except for getting to & from Breckenridge from Denver.
The town is great! We found a great mix of "touristy" places and "towny" places.
And the ski conditions were awesome! We had fresh snow each night & bright sunshine each day! We skied Tues-Fri with virtually no crowds. Couldn't beat it.
We also didn't have to pack much because we used the laundry room in the condo. It was perfect for the 2 of us!
A great experience all around!
This condo is in a fantastic location . It's walking distance to the ski/snowboard rentals, lifts, restaurants, and main street shops. We only drove around the first day to get groceries. The condo had obviously been updated and had many nice amenities such as a full stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and fireplace. The fireplace really heats up the place nicely! The beds were comfortable and the shower was a nice size. I had never been to Breckenridge before nor had I been skiing or snowboarding but I felt comfortable here.
This cozy studio is ideal for a ski weekend getaway. Conveniently located walking distance from the slopes and from downtown, it is definitely feasible to stay here without a car. Gilbert was available when we had questions about the apartment or certain appliances, which made things easy.
Just two of us stayed here and it was the perfect size -- if you're a larger group, know that it is feasible, but you will be in close quarters.
I would definitely return to this apartment and recommend it highly to others.
Wonderful little studio, exactly as advertised. A perfect place to stay while skiing at Breck, as the lift is just a few minutes walk away.
Our stay was very nice. The apartment was just as advertised and Gilbert communicated very well. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was bright, well lit and roomy. The kitchen had all you needed to make you feel at home. Great first experience and would recommend to someone looking to stay.
This was a great condo and perfect for what we needed. My boyfriend and I got engaged on the top of Peak 8 during this vacation, and this place was great because we could easily walk to everywhere in town to celebrate.
Awesome location, great place, and Gilbert is extremely helpful. Hope to come back soon!
What an amazing location! Able to walk downtown and right out to the lift! Our group had four people so it as a little tight but still far better then any hotel room!
Gilbert was extremely easy to get in contact with when we had questions and had everything sorted out immediately!
We would definitely like rent the same place for next years trip!
Gilbert's studio had a great combination of location, amenities, and price. It had all the makings of a great trip, right up until I got high altitude pulmonary edema. Take Gilbert's advice: drink lots of water, don't drink alcohol for the first day or so, and take it easy as you acclimate to the elevation. If you are susceptible to altitude sickness, you might consider staying below 8,000 feet. Otherwise, stay at Gilbert's studio for sure!
He was communicative, thorough, and set expectations about the
