Alessandro's apartment is perfect: well placed, practical and clean! Communication with Alessandro is very easy and he answers quickly. Be sure he will do his best for you to pass nice holydays. Susanna is also very friendly
My friends and I had a great stay in Alessandro's apartment. We spent a week in Fuertaventura, to learn more about surfing. The square with the windmill about 200 meters up Calle Pizarro, was where most of our needs were met. The square is host to one of Correlejo's best surf equipment rental places - with some 200 boards. It has the big supermarket and there is a nice little restaurant operated by an Argentinian family that makes delicious tapas and some argentinian empanada's. So everything we needed was very very close-by. Alessandro's apartment is really complete. It is a studio, however, it has everything you might need. My friends and I had a fantastic time. Communication with Alessandro was very friendly and fast. Susanna the lady we met at the beginning and end of our stay for the key hand-over was also really friendly. All-in-all highly recommended!
good located, in the center, near the sea. not very cosy but clean and bright. Susanna was there with the keys quickly and she was very friendly. I recommend to stay there!
Alessandro's apartment was great! Really close to the beach and to the bus stops. Although Alessandro lives in Italy, he was very responsive before our arrival and throughout our stay. I would recommend Alessandro's apartment to anyone staying in Corralejo.
The appartment is very nice and well located. I would recommend this appartment for a stay in Corralejo.
Communication with Alex was very good and he always replied quickly.
The apartment is situated very well. It`s near the bus station and the ferry. Bars and supermarkets are around as well. It was good having the opportunity to wash clothes in the apartment.
I would book the apartment again.
Lovely apartment in a very central location, really easy to access the beaches, shops and bars. Having a car made getting around to different parts of the island a lot easier and there was parking available on the road outside the apartment. Alessandro was very helpful before and during our stay. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a good base in Corallejo from which is explore the rest of the area!
Staying in this wonderful little apartment was the perfect experience for our stay in Fuerteventura. I would more than recommend it over some large open 'swimming pool' complex any day. Beyond reasonable in price, it's so central, we couldn't believe it! This made every evening a dream, allowing us to eat and drink at the central restaurants and not have to worry about a nightmare journey home (when we're a little tipsy). Likewise in the day, the local beaches are beautiful and it's so easy to get your fix of sunshine with a short walk to the beach.
Apartment was clean, spacious, had EVERYTHING you need in terms of cooking equipment and they even provided two towels each, which was a lovely touch and unexpected.
BEWARE: BIKE THIEVES OPERATE IN THE BUILDING.
The only thing that let our stay down was the bicycle situation. Obviously this was no fault of Alessandro, but one of the bikes were stolen right in the entrance area of the apartment building. It's a rather suspicious scenario if I'm honest, as it seemed like it was one of the people living in the building itself as the bikes are not on show to public passers by (the apartment building is tucked away and hidden from the main street so it's pretty unlikely someone would've seen them from the outside - tinted windows too). Seems like an angry spanish person who didn't like us using their bicycle rack or something similar to this happened, but I ask you to please DON'T make the same mistake we did and lock them up downstairs. Keep them in your apartment room. We had to pay a $50 fine (which is clearly stated before we moved in) and this was because of an untrustworthy resident in the building I'm sure.
Apart from this, it was a the best thing we could've done living here for our week in Fuerteventura and we will definitely come again.
The apartment was the best that could happen to us! It has everything you need and is located on a very nice location. We were very happy with the bikes so we could explore the island and go to the nicest beach I have ever seen at just 10 min by bike. By foot you are three minutes away from the city centre and the beach. A supermarket that is open every day is just around the corner. It was easy to find and the communication with Alessandro and Susanna (who brings the keys and is very helpful if you need anything), was very pleasant. I want to thank Alessandro and Susanna for the lovely time at the apartment.
Ps very nice to have a washing machine at the apartment to wash some clothes before we headed home:)
Alessandro is very good person, kind and helpful. Be sure you will feel more than welcome at his place! Tip: if you are a beer lover, ask him for suggestions!
