Audrey had booked for 1person only but they were 2 when she arrived. The hot water does work if you just listened to the instructions that were given.The description said that there was a balcony, and the fact is that the balcony is part of the apartment, there was no particular detail regarding the balcony on the description. Food or breakfast is not provided as on description unless requested.Fridge is not new,and if it was not perfectly clean please accept my apologies and will make sure that will be spotless for the next guest.

I have tried many times to contact you via email and Airbnb messages, you have no left any mobile phone contacts on the airbnb website, since your booking in March you have never got in touch with me.
i contacted you via airbnb messages and directly to your email address (as you had no mobile contact) to give you the right address 1 week before the booking as the address on airbnb doesn't show right because maps are not updated on the internet.
You have to understand that I am not an hotel open 24 hours where you just come to the address and find a receptionist.
As all the other guests that I had before you should have contacted me before you came so that we could arrange everything.
I do not live at that address and I need to be notified about the time of your arrival, but you never did that as you thought I was like an hotel with a receptionist 24 hours available for you.
