Jul was informed of everything she is complaining about before she came and I asked her if she was ok with it before accepting her. She accepted and said it was ok.
Actually you even got more than what we had agreed to (i.e. dinner and wine which were not included in the deal and you took without asking my flatmate's product, although she was not even your host) but you are still complaining. I'm sorry Jul but if you ask for a coffe you cannot complain because you receive a coffee. Especially when you are offered a full refund.
The reason I asked you if "you wanted to discuss anything before we leave references" (no i did not offer to discuss the references themselves) is because I guessed you were unhappy but I did not know why because I did my best to make your stay comfortable and you never told me anything that I could have done to improve your stay. If there were misunderstandings, I think it would have been better to clear them out. When you told me about your "problem" I offered you twice full refund but you refused. I don't see how this can be bad and I am surprised you don't mention that I offered you that refund. This is bad faith and bad business attitude Jul, I'm sorry.
