We stayed at Craig and Jo's for an extended weekend, and had the most wonderful time! Everything was as described, room was lovely and spacious, and generous breakfast provisions including free-range eggs were waiting for us. The animals were definitely a highlight, and I'm only sorry we couldn't stay longer. Met both Craig and Jo and they were lovely, genuine people who were happy to have a chat. Would definitely return!
Jo and Craig were great communicators and we knew exactly what to expect and it worked very well for us. The Studio was beauifully clean with plenty of room and was very spacious and (website hidden) and Craig had left lots of goodies for breakfast plus extras, a lovely touch.
We recently had a weekend away at Craig and Jo's. There were 5 of us and we were in the area for a music festival. Craig and Jo were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The room was well presented and equipt, and very cozy. Craig and Jo have a wonderful property and a wonderful family who were very helpful over the weekend. They are very laid back, a typical friendy, country, Australian family. We will be back for sure
My new wedded wife and i went to this bnb for our honeymoon it the place that weve away together and it was suprise for and fell in love with the place and all of the animals it was just perfect for us. The host are wonderful people. I would definitely stay again.
Stayed with Craig & Jo for 3 nights over the Australia Day long weekend. The family was extremely welcoming and wonderful to be around, always asking if there was anything we needed or ready to stop and have a chat. Can't fault them at all. Genuinely lovely people. They gave us freedom to walk around the whole property to explore with our 2 year old boy. Great farm stay experience for families or couples. Property has horses, sheep, chickens, dogs & cats. Comfortable and clean room with own shower, toilet and kitchenette. Located in lovely area of Adelaide Hills. Close to Hahndorf and 30 minutes to Adelaide city. Highly recommended place to stay. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Craig & Jo for a fantastic stay and experience. :)
We had a great stay with Craig and Jo! Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Craig or Jo, however the communication with Jo during our stay was prompt and very helpful. The place was great and just what we needed during our stay. It was lovely to have a wander around the farm and to the swinging bridge. We will definitely return if we are back in the Adelaide Hills!
We had an amazing stay with Craig and Jo at the lovely little home inside their farm. They are very friendly and gave us very useful tips about where should visit. The animals on the property are great - very lovely and friendly! We would definitely recommend people to stay here for the extraordinary experience! It's just far enough from the busy places but not too far away. Short drive to Hahndorf and the wineries in the neighbourhood!
Our accommodation was supplied with everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable and there were lavish supplies of breakfast fare. There was a delightful outlook across a grassy slope where a fountain played and hens, geese and dogs wandered by. Our hosts Craig and Jo were full of bonhomie and helpful tips. We had an excellent stay.
nice place in a very nice area close to Hahndorf, if you like to tray a farm stay. cabin is self contained, nice and clean. didn't use the BBQ, didn't seem clean and we didn't want to spend time cleaning it before making breakfast.
Craig is very nice and friendly and we didn't have much interaction with anyone else other than Craig. They respected our privacy.
We only experienced one issue, next morning hot water wasn't available. couldn't reach the hosts and finally had to call airbnb. but soon after Jo came and turned the boiler on (apparently by mistake it had been turned off) and soon after Craig contacted us to assure it's working. was a bit of an inconvenient. Later that day Craig offer apologies and a nice bottle of wine, which was a nice gesture on his behalf and it's all good and fine.
Overall had a very good stay and would stay there again!
Jo and Craig made us feel very welcome. There was even a freshly baked chocolate cake for us on the dining table! The accommodation was absolutely perfect for our needs.
