I'll be returning from a cruise on Feb. 2 and want to spend a few nights in New Orleans exploring the city. I've convinced a couple friends, Jessica and Stacy, to come and explore with me. Jess and I have never been to New Orleans and Stacy was there on a business trip. Stacy is a little on the fence about the trip due to the costs for 3 days (which is why we're trying this new-to-us site for finding lodging), but I wanted to include her in the reservation and am certain that Jess and I can convince her. :)
We are 3 career driven/professional single friends in our mid-to-late 30s. We work hard and enjoy traveling together to different places and being active/out and about seeing the sites. We volunteer our time with different organizations, we value spending time with our family and friends, and like to have a little fun once in a while.
We met each other through our work for a medical device company and at the time all lived in Minnesota. Stacy and Jess both took different jobs within the last year that moved each of them out to Massachusetts, leaving me behind in MN. Jess is from the East Coast originally, Stacy is a MN native, and I grew up in South Dakota. Stacy and I still work for the same company just in different states, so I occasionally get to see her when she travels to MN for work or when I travel to MA for work (and then I can see Jess too). Otherwise we don't see each other near as often as we like. We always look forward to our next visit with each other though!
