Rebecca was a great host and we loved the apartment. The location, almost right next to Trump Soho, was fantastic. The apartment was really cute and roomy and quiet. We didn't hear a peep from anyone in the building. All 5 of us felt safe and close to everything.
This apartment was clean and comfortable, had good heat, water pressure and a comfortable couch. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were good. It's an old building and an old apartment, so don't be surprised by that. It is a terrific location with a very nice French restaurant under it named La Sirene.
Cozy apt, great location!
Beautiful location, beautiful host, beautiful time.
Two parents with three kids, it could not have been better.
Rebekka's apartment looks just like the pictures. It is very good situated and close to everything. Rebekka is a very accommodating and friendly landlord, who quickly answer your questions.
At street level there is a genuine American Diner with wonderful American pancakes and even a fancy restaurant.
My family and I had a wonderful time at Rebecca's apartment. Even though it was small (and there were 5 of us) we were very comfortable and the apartment was so lovely and welcoming we felt right at home. Rebecca left us lots of useful, local information, and was really helpful organizing our arrival and departure which were at unusual times. She was also in touch whilst we were there in case we had any problems. We had everything we needed for an excellent stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property to others considering an authentic NY experience and would definitely love to stay there again.
We are a family with three sons and we spent one week in NYC during New Year Holidays. We could not meet Rebecca but we've been in touch with her since the time we booked the apartment; she provided all the information needed before our arrival and everything went perfectly.
The apartment is exactly as showed in the pictures, very cozy and comfortable. The location is fantastic: you can walk easily to Nolita, West Village, Chinatown and Tribeca from the heart of Soho or you can go everywhere uptown being close to several Subway Stations.
Highly reccomended for anyone planning to come visiting New York.
The apartment is really pretty and characterful - exactly what you want from a SoHo base. The bedrooms and bathroom are small but the kitchen is a great size to eat in and the sitting room is comfortable and charming. Good shower. The location couldn't be better - you can walk everywhere you can possibly want to visit downtown and the subway is round the corner to go further afield. Rebecca was a great host - very welcoming and generous. Our trip was more dramatic than we expected because Hurricane Sandy happened and we lost power, so the apartment was a real haven for us and the building felt a friendly place to be.
Unreal apartment! Close to so many good spots, lots of light and well decorated! It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and the host made a lot of effort to ensure the apartment was clean and tidy. Very hospitable, definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about staying in SOHO!
