As you can see per my reviews, I am typically around and available to guests round the clock with the exception of anyone (including the "another reviewer") who stayed at my place from Sept 28th-Oct 20th 2015 as I had a last minute business travel to Dubai and Tashkent.
And albeit close to your arrival day, I did, along with the house rules, and details of how to self-check in/out, share in our email exchange (prior to your arrival), that another guest -whom was also fully aware of your arrival so expecting you- would be occupying the 2nd room of my Apt during my absence; an email which I specifically requested a confirmation/agreement to before your arrival/check in and you responded in compliance that you'd read and fully understood the information shared and was OK with the arrangement but that is neither here nor there now.
In regard to the lack of furniture in the living room, prior to my travel I'd considered moving to a larger Apt at the end of my lease the coming month (Oct 2015) and thus sold some furniture and had the unforeseen travel. I hadn't thus the chance to refurnish before my departure so unfortunately, my "hanging in the living room for movie nights" space wasn't to par during your stay.
ROOM: I update my listing regularly with images so to show accuracy of room and you reserved said detailed listing after seeing photos of how it is furnished so I am not sure what you were expecting upon your arrival but as I like to accommodate every budget, I have other accurate property listings which perfectly fit the details you feel I can improve on with the particular room you reserved so I concur that that listing is ideal for a quick-stopover in the city as that is what it is intended for.
All that said, I understand that everyone won't unfortunately have a perfect stay but we can agree that even in my absence, I made myself, and property manager available to you for any questions or concerns but apologize if you still felt unsafe, or unaccommodated in any way as my only goal in this experience is to make my guests feel at home in my home.
I appreciate your feedback, thank you very much again again for your stay, and look forward to bettering my accommodations for future guests!
