I highly recommend staying here.
Zoran is an excellent host! We stayed during outlook festival and he was very understanding that we would be back late etc. The apartment is spacious and clean and full of all you may need. His mother greated us with coffee and biscuits which was exactly what we needed after 16 hours travelling.
The apartment is in a great location, easy to find. Pula town centre is a 5-10 minute walk away and the bus station is just down the road.
Zoran even invited us up to the terrace (which you have access too) for shots, cookies and his mothers homemade blueberry juice (all delicious). Zoran also worked the festival so was very kind when we saw him there. He gave us advice on where to go for food, the best beach and how to get there.
Zoran speaks excellent english and made good jokes :)
If you are going to the festival but thinking of staying offsite the bus runs every half hour during the day and every hour at night from either near the amphitheatre or the bus station it costs 11kuna each way (not sure how much a return is). Taxis can vary depending on time and size we were a group of 5 girls and the cheapest taxi we got was 100kuna and the most expensive 180kuna(which was the last night of the festival). Zoran also dropped us back at the festival site when we had to get our coach to the airport which was very kind of him, especially as he had only had 3 hours sleep!
We had a really nice stay here. Zoran welcomed us into his house as if we were his friends already... We'll definitely come back!
Listing description was quite accurate and Zoran was very welcome and helpful despite we arrived later than we planned. We easily found his place and it was really close to city center.
Be careful with hot water automate - my friend managed to accidentally turn it off and then we had not hot water at morning. It's plain switch (like light one) at the left of bathroom entrance.
Good stay! Apartment was nice and close to centre. At the check-out, I went upstairs at Zoran's parents' place, and they called me in for breakfast; which included Istrian Grappa, but fortunately I was not driving on the way back ;)
Zoran and his mother are such lovely people. It was an absolute pleasure staying in their apartment. It was big, clean and in an amazing location, close to town, bus station and amphitheatre! Thanks for everything!
Nos recibióla madre de Zoran muy amablemente y nos ofrecióun buen café con rosquillas. Muy amablemente respondieron todas nuestras preguntas. El apartamento es una planta baja cercana al magnífico Anfiteatro de Pula.
It was great to see Zoran and mother!
The property was exactly as described. Very clean, spacious, great location and Zoran and his mother were very friendly and hospitable.
Shame we couldn't stay longer!
Muy buenos anfitriones, zoran es encantador.el apartamento era perfecto para lo que queriamos pasar una noche y seguir recorriendo la costa,a 10 min del casco y a 300 metros de la estacion a autobuses,
It was so great meeting Zoran and his family. He was very helpful in making sure we were comfortable at all times. His family made us coffee as we arrived, and they were very pleasant to stay with. Thanks Zoran, for such a nice place!
