The first time I lived in NY was during the second half of the 90's to study Fine Arts and I was back in the city again in 2009. Since then I live here permanently.
I work as a freelance in music producing concerts, in filmmaking and give sightseeing tours. I am a Nichiren Daishonin buddhism follower. I am Italian. I play only great funky, afrobeat, nigerian psychedelic, be bop, 30's 40's 50's 60's italian and napolitain, 90's electronica and house, 70's and psychedelic rock 'n' roll, reggae roots and dub, ska e calypso, cumbia, John Lennon's music in my house. Outside we have our west indian african friends playing their great stuff. I bike. I love to read novels, essays and musicians biographies and watch mainly (beautiful) evocative anthropic XXth century movies. I go to museums only when the great artists of the past are shown. Contemporary artistic expression shown in NY galleries and fairs doesn't move me or cause me any excitement or emotions but maybe this is what is supposed to do as reflection of the spirit of our times. I go to concerts and to listen to live acts in small venues. My last trip was crossing the Atlantic Ocean on a ship and to Normandie.
