uhm more on this later but for now: book obsessed music lover who, like Robert Frost, would like to be remembered as someone who "had a lover's quarrel with the world."

I'm French, live in ny and booked this apartment for my parents and my brother who were visiting me during 10 days. Daniel has been very flexible to get the keys and showing me the apartment. My parents really liked it. Given my mum pays a lot attention to get an apartment clean, she had a little something to say about that. However, I think that it was clean enough, the apartment was cozy and well located. Will keep daniel in my list...
Daniel's apartment is very cozy and very well located, the stay there was great !!
Great place. Ft. Greene is a convenient and lively location (so much more interesting than the hotel ghettos of Midtown), and the apartment is equipped with amenities unusual in a NYC apartment (dishwasher; washer & dryer). Comfortable bed, zippy internet, nicely appointed kitchen. Also a fantastic library, should your interests run to cultural studies of various ilks. Didn't get to actually meet Daniel, but logistics went smoothly just the same, and he's an easy-going and hospitable host, even in absentia. I definitely hope to stay here again.
Daniel was very welcoming when we got to NYC.
He provided all the necessary info in the days prior to our trip to make sure we got there safely.
Available when needed, Daniel is a great host, who came back to actually fix a problem we had in the apartment.
Close to the subway and a very nice Italian restaurant down the street, the apartment is a very good deal for those looking for an interesting place in Brooklyn.
Daniel is an awesome host, very nice and accommodating, he was out of town but always willing to answer emails and texts. He also gives very good tips (I definitely recommend Urban Vintage for breakfast :-).
Daniel’s place is very nice, well decorated and spacious. His books and records collections are amazing. It is also very well located, 1 block from the C line. The only recommendation I would make is to add curtains in the bedroom but it’s only a detail.
We had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend Daniel and his place.
The apartment was large and spacious. However the kitchen was not in an ideal condition on arrival, and the place is not as bright as the images indicate. Daniel was very accommodating with collection of keys and dates of arrival. Amazing selection of books as well!
We had a fantastic long stay in the apartment. Checking in and out was very easy - Daniel was very accommodating. The apartment is spacious and lovely with all one would need. The neighborhood was great, full of cool restaurants, bars and coffee shops, so nice to wander around exploring and a great base to have for a stay in NYC. Subway was very close by as well for when you want to get out of the neighborhood. Overall, we had a fabulous time and would recommend Daniel and his apartment.
Daniel was very accommodating and nice, even if we didn't have a chance to meet him.
His place is amazing: big and cosy. Very charming with all his books! Very close to the subway and easy to find. Do not hesitate to rent his place!
My wife and I reached out to Daniel just about 24 hours before our trip to NYC. He was quick to reply and rearranged previous plans to facilitate our visit. Daniel's apartment is very nicely decorated and very conveniently located in Brooklyn's Clinton Hill/Fort Greene (lots of on-street parking as well).
Daniel was a great guest! Super friendly and nice
