I'm a graduate student studying nudibranchs (sea slugs) at San Francisco State University and do my research at the California Academy of Sciences. I work with high school youth at CAS in the Careers in Science program, teaching science and mentoring students underrepresented in the sciences. I also host the seasonal science event Science, Neat ((website hidden)). I grew up in Chicago, and have traveled in Asia, Europe and Central America. I love really good coffee, riding my bike, and watercoloring.
