You don't have to insult us that way. We are just 2 guests who weren't fully satisfied. It is also part of the business, isn't it? We talked with you in advance about the 8 am check-in time and you said it is absolutely fine to come at 8. We didn't know how to get in or who was in charge, because you were not there. Air-bnb refunded us the cleaning-fee because we showed them pictures we took in your house. Apparently air-bnb agreed on our complains. It's not about a 5-star accomodation it is about basic-housekeeping (clean, not sparkling clean). We just wanted to be honest about our time in your place, which we surely had enjoyed if it would have been in the condition you are offering the place.
