Dear Francesca, we are rather shocked about your rating. Not only had we announced that we would arrive an hour earlier and even showed you the text messages, but you had never indicated that our early arrival had inconvenienced you. And we did apologoize, too. As for the broken furniture: Yes, I did break a piece of already baldy repaired bed post inadvertently. But we had immediately agreed to pay for it, did so through AirBnB and you even confirmed that via e-mail.
As for the spirit of AitBnB: We too have already stayed in a some AirBnB apartments/houses and every time got lovely reviews. In those houses we were even allowed to wear shoes inside (which you forbade, because of the parquet) and were not told to be really quite because of the noise sensitive neighbours. We were feeling unwelcome in your house from the start and unfortunately, that first impression proved true.
