Art dealer, gay man, non-smoker, non-drug, clean and respectable.
I would stake my reputation on that of my friend, Greg, who I have known for 35 years and revere as a person of utmost consideration and integrity. I promise he will respect your home, treat your things well and treat you well in all negotiations. ("Life is nothing but a series of negotiations," is one of the lessons he has imparted to me.) He is acutely alert to issues of fairness in the world at large and in his personal life, and often succumbs to acts of shocking generosity. He likes things clean & sanitary (tho he is not one of those persnickity complainers who finds problems where none exist) and is a complete joy to know and be around.
He probably won't spend a lot of time in your house/apartment because he is always out to shows, restaurants, etc., curating/savoring/sampling all the best life has to offer. He is very funny and has great taste, a brilliant eye and a kind heart.
You would be lucky to know him. You will learn a lot from him. Also, I have had him stay in my apartment many a time: I've never enjoyed having anyone over more. Really, you should pay him to stay in your home.
