This comment is in direct response to the review I left about your property which aired on the negative side. A review as you are aware is a matter of opinion and subjective so I have reported on my personal experience only.
The changes in check in time was simply caused by a missed flight and thank you for facilitating the change. What you perceived as an unpleasant meeting with your guests was actually my family who do not speak English hence the inability to communicate with you? I hope this explains what was appears to be a misunderstanding. We both know that the apartment was left as we had recieved it, the return of the deposit confirms this so its untruthful to say otherwise.
