I'm a 30-something in San Francisco working in finance. Love to meet people, cook, and enjoy food and outdoor activities.
Great location and great host! Our stay in SF was the best! Sean's apartment is amazing, very comfortable. Sean is a great host, very helpful. I recommend his place to everyone.
Sean's place is perfect if you are attending a conference at the hotels or just want to be down near Union Sq. He was really accommodating and helpful. Food right near by and easily accessed. The place was immaculate and just right for visitors.
I did not find a coffee pot, but also didn't ask...only thing that was not ideal.
I had a great time using Sean's apartment during my stay in SF. Very conveniently located for access to SOMA area and right next to a BART station. The apartment is really well kept, and Sean is a really accommodating host. Overall, an excellent experience with this space, and I definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
I am a Cardiology fellow and attended the American College of Cardiology meeting at the Moscone center from March 9-11, 2013. Hotels were RIDICULOUS. Some, bumping their prices by more than 100%. This was the perfect time to try Airbnb. I had never used it before so did not know what to expect. I contacted Sean, saw his reviews and they were all great. So I decided to try his place. I highly recommend it. He is very friendly and is ready to help with any doubt you have. His place is clean, comfortable and with an excellent location. Would definitely do this again. His place is a great option. Thanks Sean and Thanks AirBnB!
Great place! Would definitely stay again.
We stayed in Sean's apartment for a week for a conference.
This is a really convenient location, located right next to the
Powell BART station. We would stay here again.
Nice cozy apartment! Sean is a great host and his place is lovely. I'd love to stay here again.
We had a wonderful time at the Sean's family time share up in Squaw. The place was walking distance to the village with restaurants and stores and ski lifts. We really enjoyed our choice of 5 hot tubs at night and the heated pool. The timeshare was 2 very small rooms with a kitchen. A bit tiny for us with two young, active boys but cozy. We had a wonderful time.
Sean and his father were wonderful. They responded right away and made sure that we had all the information that we needed at check in. They also gave us contact info in case there were any questions or concerns.
Sean was a great host! His place is a little on the small side (which he gave me plenty warning about), but the amazing location heavily outweighs that! Seriously, this place is right in the heart of everything. All forms of public transportation are within half a block, there's plenty of places to eat and have a drink, and the SF visitor's center is right there! There are a lot of homeless persons roving around the front, but they were all harmless and didn't bother us at all. Sean was great and readily available for any questions and concerns, even providing us with an extra set of keys when we asked for them. I give him and his great apartment 5 stars!
I booked Sean's place while I was in San Francisco for work, and it was very comfortable and convenient. I was attending a conference right around the corner at the Parc 55 for 2 days, and working out of the my company's office in SOMA for the rest of the week, so the Powell location was ideal. Sean's apartment was clean and neat and had everything I needed - high speed Internet, fluffy towels, and a comfy bed. The apartment building is very nice, but there are a number of homeless people who loiter on the street outside, so I just walked quickly and had my keys out when I got to the door.
Overall, a great apartment that's super conveniently located. Thanks, Sean!
I've known Sean for over three years, and I believe he makes an excellent host. He is incredibly responsible, responsive, and loves to recommend good restaurants and fun activities around the city. His place is clean, comfortable, and in the smack center of San Francisco. Although the main entrance to his building is on a street that can be a little dirty (just like any city street), I feel completely comfortable using the side entrances/ exits on Market street. Sean's place is great for anyone visiting or working in the city!
Sean and I have been friends nearly seven years. Back in 2007 we threw a New Year's Eve Party together and I experienced first hand how thorough and responsible Sean is. He has also hosted other social events and small group gatherings at his home and would make a wonderful host! He has a broad range of interests, from playing guitar to century bike rides to exploring all the wonderful restaurants in the bay area. Sean is a loyal friend and I am lucky to know him.
