I'm 30 years old, living in San Francisco and working as a graphic designer. Born and raised in New Delhi, India, I came to the United States in 1998 for college and have been here since.
Unfortunately, I haven't been traveling much since I work as a contract designer, so a lot of my time is spent working for my clients, and when I am not, I work on my website and promotion. For the past year, I have been traveling a good deal with my client McKesson who flies me around the U.S to be their on-call graphic designer for their big events. I have begun extending my stay after finishing my work with them, to explore the cities a little more.
My goal is to start traveling outside the U.S and bring my work with me so I can work remotely and fill up my passport with interesting destinations :)
I am very sociable and get along with people pretty well. My new motto is to try something new each month... preferably something I would normally never do, or am afraid of. This month is acting classes :)
Not sure what comes next, but lets just say I won't pass a living social deal on Spelunking ;)
Another important life motto is paraphrased from what my grandpa told my day, who told me: "Don't be so sweet that people eat you up, and don't be so bitter that people spit you out. Also, eat your vegetables".
