The host canceled my reservation the day before arrival. She didn't have the courtesy to inform either myself or the host site. I was stranded in DC for a day/nite because she refused to respond to any attempt o contact her.

Meghan received us very well and your apartment is very cozy, well located and very clean. Everything went very well into our stay in Washington. We love the city.

I stayed at Meghan's for a month, while in town for work. The apartment is as she describes, a cozy studio, comfortable for up to two people. The building is older, but everything was generally in working order. Things were quiet at night, other than a little expected urban street noise. Meghan consistently responded quickly to my emails and texts, and provided a number of suggestions for local food, etc, which I appreciated. The only hassle I encountered was the lack of a nearby grocery store.. I didn't have a car, and got a little tired of the walk to buy groceries (at least 10 blocks), though this likely wouldn't be an issue for someone planning to eat out.

Meghan was a very accommodating host and her studio is a perfect fit for a single traveler or couple staying in DC. The apartment is aroudn the corner from the bus to the Capitol South (Orange & Blue lines) or Union Station (Red line) metro stops.
The studio is small, but it is very well kept and Meghan was very responsive throughout the week. I highly recommended her apartment!
This is a small apartment, but very well equipped. It was very clean and tidy and I loved the bright blue walls. I felt safe in the neighbourhood, and it took just a few minutes to walk to Union Station.
There was a small supermarket just around the corner for buying breakfast food. Meghan was a very nice and friendly host who even left me an IPA beer in the fridge. That is what I call service!
I will try to book it again the next time I'm in DC.
