I m currently studying biochemistry for a second university degree. At the same time, I m working for Human Resources (Diversity & Inclusion) in one of those big, well know IT companies. Also I m a certified Sivananda yoga teacher and offer classes, workshops and teacher trainings in Berlin. Voluntarily I spend my free time in the evening and on weekends supporting the German Red Cross as a paramedic which also includes civil protection and supporting homeless shelters during the winter.
I enjoy all kind of creative activities, play violin and viola, guitar, some piano, firepoi and hula hoop. I love being outdoors, do lots of sports, especially yoga of course, and I like climbing, parkour/free running, Crossfit, ZWOWs, kitesurfing, Tango and Salsa dancing and Tai Qi. Also I m into eating paleo/primal though I used to be vegetarian/vegan for more than 13 years and I regularly attend trainings in alternative medicine like TCM (traditional chinese medicine) and classical thai massage.
I grew up in Eastern Berlin since part of my family is German and I travel quite extensively myself. During the past years I used to live in different countries across Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe. I learned 7 languages (though am only comfortably fluent in those I use kind of frequently) since I love connecting to people but don t consider verbal communication as the only most essential part in "getting along with each other". Especially in summertime I occasionally offer a place to stay over for couchsurfers.
I consider myself as being very openminded and respectful. Also I would like to emphasize that people with a so called "unconventional" lifestyle are always welcome at my place and it is self-evident for me to appreciate the uniqueness of the people who cross my paths.
