I am 34 years old and live in Milan. I work in trade field, selling ultrasound system from 2003. I have university degree, in marketing and communication.
The hosts were friendly and accommodating, so this definitely isn't about them. :) The location is indeed fantastic. You're walking distance from so many great places (you must try Princi bakery just down the street!) and Corso Como itself has plenty to offer. The photos and description, however, are a bit misleading. The coziness that you might see will only be felt during summer (plus the photos are a bit retouched). Come winter it feels quite gray and sad. The shower handle is... broken, for lack of a better word. Good luck operating it! Hopefully it will be fixed by the time someone else rents. :) The bathroom is actually on the first floor, so you have to go down the flight of stairs to get to it from your bed. WiFi was indeed available, but turned out to be so slow as to be almost useless. Since most of your time will be spent outside (in many cases), you can probably overlook just about all of the above, but we were a bit disappointed because we were expecting something more cozier and comfortable than we ended up with. Again, nothing against Massimo or the location! :)

This place is perfect to be in Milan during days of work, holidays or whatever.
10 mins walking from Republica, 10 minutes to Turatti or 15 to Duomo is the perfect place to stay.
I recommend to everybody get this loft if you come to Milan. I will do it again for sure
Massimo and Cinztia are fantastic as well
The place was perfect for what we wanted. (email hidden)ly street with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. The apartment was modern, clean and tidy. Fantastic for the money. Easy walk into town. Highly recommend both Massimo and his apartment. Fantastic way to see Milan.
very good location
a lots of restorants, clubs and bars very close
a little bit noisy at night because of clubs
Massimo was responsive and available last minute to host us. His apartment was clean and in an excellent location right on Corso Como. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're traveling to Milan! We had a great time!
Fast feedback, super communication. Flat is in very noisy street, very good place, if you would like stay in centre. Centre is max.5 min walk.
The house is from the year 1910. It seems owner in the apartment made a lot of work, but waste not working. Anyway If you like the street, where everything lives, great apartment for you.
Very cozy apartment in the heart of Milano and welcoming host. A bit noisy at night due to Corso Como bars and restaurants, but everything you need is just downstairs.
Overall we are very satisifed with the apartment
1. Photo provides a good indication the layout and size
2. Condition overall was excellent, with clean towels etc provided
3. Hosts very helpful, polite and flexible
4. Corso Como 11 is a location which is ideal for someone wishing to go clubbing in combination with shopping.
the location is extremely close to bars, clubs and a railroad station and the noise is unavoidable especially at night. If you are a light sleeper or have children it may not be ideal for you
There is a very steep staircase to the bed and not a lot of space in the shower, this unaoidable in Milan.
