A group of 12 of us stayed at Logan's Den for two days over New Years Eve. The place was well-stocked and well-taken care of, and the pool was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. I would have loved to give this 5 stars but unfortunately, we ran into some issues with the host. The sloping driveway had not been properly shoveled, our cars had a lot of trouble getting out, one actually slid back down the driveway and was subsequently stuck on a mound of snow. We ended having to call a tow truck to get it out. I alerted the host, Fusion, about this. He was concerned but when talk turned to reimbursing us for the $125 tow fee, he only offered a partial reimbursement. After we checked out, he claimed that the pool was left too dirty (two friends had worn t-shirts into the pool and dye had leaked out) and tried to put a $100 claim against the seucurity deopsit for a cleaning service. We ultimately agreed to break even, neither owing compensation to the other, but that ordeal did leave a stain on what was an enjoyable New Years Eve vacation.
