Kexin and her friends stayed at my place for 9 nights. They were very prompt with communication and left everything neat and clean. Thank you Kexin, hope you all have had great time in Tokyo.
I am happy that you have spent a great holiday in Rome and I hope you will come back, maybe in summertime.
I'm sorry you felt cold for the temperature inside home and I am surprised how you could feel cold.
It is useful for you and for the next guests to clarify as well as I can this aspect:
in my house, the heating is handled with the following timetable: from 6:0 am up to 10:0 pm on a temperature of 24°. Following your request I provided to increase temperature 26°up.
Night time warming is not positive for the porpoise of environmental pollution.
The beds are equipped with duvets Danes blankets and additional blankets are available.
The apartment is inside an ancient builiding of 1870, therefore, the walls thick, hold heat well due to the heating of the day. In addition, it has a good South-facing exposure and faces in an inner court.
No guest has ever had this problem, as you can verify from previous reviews, even those who stayed in the winter months such as December, January and February.
Rome is not a cold city generally, November , this year the temperature was mild between 15° - 17° you can check it on the web.
The airbnb system works because of user reviews. Guests will look at reviews of the apartment, and Hosts will look at reviews of the guest. This helps build credibility of both the Guest (you) and the Host (me). The feedbacks will help me in refining my listing and improving hospitality.
Kexin and her friend were very good guests. They were flexible, communicative and respectful of the studio. Unfortunately we had no chance to meet directly but they sounded very friendly in all our exchanges.
