I hosted in 3 differents countries for now more than 5 years: you've been the worst.
You have to READ your confirmation booking with the host regulation.
You have to READ the pick up transporation process: booking+rate.
You have to READ the check in check in check out information gave by the host.
You have to READ towels organisation gave to the guest ( u can ask everyday even if we dont recommend it especially for 2 nights stay).
You have to check up the country you are travelling: Bali has indeed ricefields which is usually highly appreciate by my guest.
There is not so much to say. I just appologise to my Balinese staff who suffer from your stay and violence & hope my testimony prevents other host to encounter the same bad experience.
Thanks Alvina for having been such a great guest. You are welcome anytime to come back with ur friends!
We did clean the ACs and fixed the toilets thanks for letting us know.
Feel free to email us for next trip in Bali!
Gustaaf, when guests has special needs: wheelchair, baby cot, back problem which require a type of matress (no futon for exemple), car with baby seat ect.. guests asks the host first this is why we first send message.
I think it's the most important thing to do to prepare your trip and make it the best as possible.
A special matress bed for a 80 year old lady with back trouble is an infomration u should have shared with me before.
The beds in the 2 master bedrooms and the guest bedroom are the same.
Communication is the key to understand each other the best.
Thanks Jaiya for having been such a sweet guest!
I and so my staff appreciate your great care of the villa and your nice mood.
Have no hesitation and come back in my villa for your future trip i will host u again with real pleasure!
