As they always say there are two sides to every situation. Your difficult travel situation had nothing to do with you walking in the wrong direction when you told me you where on your way as i waited an additional hour for you and causing me to be late for my next move in, only to be called by you several hours later that you had locked yourself out of the apartment and i drove 1 hr out of my way as i was heading to a family gathering to let you in.
I am sorry that the microwave broke while you where there, I wish the service co or you would have told me they had to order a part and i would have gladely brought you a counter top microwave, problem solved. Instead you waited until the night before you were leaving to inform me of the delay, wanted me to compensate you, give you a discount on a future stay and not pay the $50 fee for locking yourself out. It is always unfortunate when people look for issues in order to receive compensation, for this reason I did not respond to you when you told me you wanted to return. Elyne
