I would also suggest trying to consolidate all of your questions into one or two emails to make it easier for the host. That way they can address all of your concerns while also respecting each others time. I have only received positive feedback on my cleaning service but will be sure to give them your feedback. Also thank you for letting me know about the pull out couch mattress. I have replaced it with an expensive 5 star Deluxe Cool-Max Sofa Mattress; the same mattresses used at hotels like the Ritz.
