Grat time in NY thanks to Esra's apt. When you take location of this apartment ans count in Esra's hospitality you can't get better deal on Airbnb. F was very convenient for me,only 6stops to my work. Neighborhood is quite and nice. I'd welcome this apt to everyone.

Very Nice Neighborhood and a great bedroom. Esra was very accommodating and i had great time. Bed and shower were perfect and the area has lot's of great thing to offer. I highly recommend it.
I am so glad that you have a great time. Thanks for the delicious chocolates. Cheers!
Esra was a great host. She was always available, and kept the space very clean. I didn't see much of her because I was out studying all the time, but everytime I did see her, she was very friendly. The room itself is very nice--well furnished and decorated. Super comfy bed. I enjoyed staying at her place! :)

Esra was accommodating during our visit. The tv and WiFi wasn't working and no clean towels. One roll of tissue, it wasn't clean. Other than that the building and apartment was beautiful and excellent location. Had an okay time
The house was very nice and very close to the UN (where I was doing business). Erim was super responsive to questions we had by text. She was easy to work with and we enjoyed the stay.
I am so glad that you liked the space and enjoyed the stay. Thanks.
I found my host responsive to my needs and she always got back to me quickly about requests I made. My first day I had a few issues about the cleanliness of the room but the very next day she had arranged with a cleaning company to take care of it. She was not around but she kept in touch always and her roommates were super helpful!
I stayed there for a week and it was fine for what I needed. One thing is the room is by the main road so it is not exactly quiet!
This was my third and worst airbnb experience.
I will pre-face by saying that I never met Esra but the other young women living in the apartment were very helpful and nice. Even my short communication with Esra was courteous.
However, this place is really horrible.
First, the bedroom is not as advertised. There are no closets and the bed is not on a bed-frame off the ground, it is on the floor (if you have asthma or dust allergies, beware). The sheets were worn and tattered (I used my own sheets that I brought to NY) and the room is facing the very busy and loud 7th avenue.
However, the most terrifying aspect was the how unclean/unhygienic this place was. The bathroom was a nightmare. The tub, sink and toilet were disgusting and made me physically sick at the sight of them. It was obvious that the washroom was never cleaned and the shower liner was never washed or replaced. For three days, I could not take a shower in that bathtub and had to make alternate arrangements because the washroom was that dirty. This also deterred me from using the kitchen or living room because I was so mortified from my experience with the washroom. The water backed up in the sink and bathtub and I had to wear flip flops to shower. The only reason I did not check out sooner was because I am a full-time student at NYU Tisch this summer with 4 suitcases (this is a walk-up apartment) and I had no time to look for somewhere else or move before the date I originally booked to leave. I contacted Airbnb and they resolved the situation. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend anyone staying here.
Great people. Recommend them!
