First of all, his roommates were not in the room just to get something from the fridge, they were hanging out, chatting there and we wanted to sleep, but the conversation was very loud. In second place, we didn't threw them out, of course, we are very educated people and we talked to them and explained the whole situation about our deal with Jakub and asked them if they could talk somewhere else because we wanted to take a nap. About the towel, we used it and left everything as it was before. And it's very wrong and unprofessional to say something public like that, leading people to imply things that are NOT TRUE. Everyone can see in our reviews that we are very quiet, honest and organized people and we have never had any problems in our stays what so ever. Finally, if you define uneasygoing and problematic people, the ones that demand that they really paid for, we are more than happy to accept your bad words. We paid for a closed and private room, and because YOU mixed up the dates, in a unpressional matter, we ended up in your room, which has no separation to kitchen. We ONLY accepted such change because you assured us NOBODY would enter at any time. We didn't want anything like "royal service" as you said, but we booked a private room and we had the right to claim for one. Hope in the future you can fix your desorganization and unprofessional problems. JUST BECAUSE YOU RECEIVED AN UNPLEASEANT REVIEW, YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO MIX UP THINGS AND WRITE ABOUT US IN A UNTRUTHFULLY WAY.
