We enjoyed having both you and your wife here for the month and highly recommend you for future hosts. We are sorry about the sluggish drain while you were here and would like to assure you it had not been a problem previously, and since your check out we have had it fixed. You are right about the photos, and so we will definately update them. We hope you will come back again. We would love in future if you could let us know about anything that is not to your satisfaction instead of reading it on the net. We really do try to please our clients and we are disappointed to see there were things you were unhappy with that we did not know about. Hope to see you here again!

Thank you John for your review. You are the first to mention anything about the bed, we will definitely look into it to see what happened, since the mattress is not old. To clear up about the wifi for future guests, there is no modem inside the condo. The modem onsite, services all the condos from the common and pool areas with wifi, which can also be accessed from the balcony of this condo as well. We are not set up as a hotel, it's true, and so some of the services available to staying in a hotel, are not available here. When we are on site however, we are always happy to share with you some of those things you may like such as a little sugar, etc. It was moving week for us so we were not able to be on hand as much as normal, so we apologize for that. We thank you for your stay, and are glad you and your family could fill your last couple of days with us here in Vallarta ;)
