Thanks James! This was your first time in London, and like most major cities there are lots of places to stay in different areas with different hosts at different prices I'm sure it didn't take you long to figure out you had chosen a very central vacation rental. Everything within walking distance. Before you booked the place you were given the exact dimensions of the studio its location and the price. There are bigger places to stay for this amount of money, but OUTSIDE the center of London not where our vacation rental is located. We are central.
You initially asked us for 2 beds in 2 separate rooms. We responded and explained to you, in detail, before you booked, that the vacation rental is a STUDIO. We are listed as a studio ie.(Stylish Studio, Minutes to Soho!). We also explained to you, in detail, the place was recently refurbished and new pictures are scheduled to be taken with the airbnb photographer. We shared all this info with you BEFORE you booked. You said 'OK' then booked.
Afterwards we sent you exact directions with maps on how to get to the studio.
On the day of your arrival, you arrived over 2 hours after your expected arrival time. We don't have a problem with late arrivals but, this lateness I’m suspecting, was due to the fact that you totally disregarded our directions, suggestions and maps and ended up in another part of London.
From the tone of your review and issues that arose during check in…I can only conclude that you paid little attention to anything we had aforementioned. And of course, this is your choice, but we felt it was worth clarifying. Please check your message history for further confirmation.
